Dimsum is a typical Chinese food which is a light dish that is often served with Chinese tea. Dimsum comes from the Mandarin language, "Dianxin" which means a little from the heart or touches the heart. generally used as a name mentioning this snack. Dimsum's eating habits began in the period of the Silk Road (central Asia China) and Han Dynasty (206 BC) to the Yuan Dynasty in the 14th century.
